Since it opened its first car park in September 05, it has quickly established a reputation for bringing a new level of service and professionalism to the parking industry.
The company was launched with the aim of providing car park owners with a new, superior business model with open transparent agreements, which provide a genuine alignment of interest between owner and operator thereby allowing the owner's returns to be maximized. InterPark's enormous success in achieving this aim is clear from the fact that its list of clients already includes major companies and institutions such as; St Vincent's Health, Investa, Goodman Group, GPT, Challenger, Charter Hall, University of Technology Sydney, Toshiba, Sanofi Aventis and Fuji Xerox.

InterPark's enormous success to date can be attributed to the fact that property owners are realising that there is a "better way" for their car parks to be managed. InterPark's management fees are totally transparent and do not include "bank type, hidden fees and charges", so car park owners know exactly how much they are paying for the management of their car park. They can also expect to get what they are paying for - quality service, a new level in parking management and an increase in their net revenue, rather than receiving minimal service for a minimal fee.
InterPark's new approach to maximizing owner's returns is best summarised in the following points:
